Ingredients :
- 50 g ALFALFA SPROUTS
- 50 g BROCCOLI SPROUTS
- 100 g beef, thin sliced
- 1 egg
- Cooking oil
- Salt and pepper
Methods :
- Beat the egg, season with salt and pepper
- Fry the egg mixture and slice into strips
- Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper then fry until well done, transfer to plate
- Arrange sprouts and egg strips over beef and roll up
- Secure beef roll with toothpick
