  Shiitake Salad

* Serves 4

Ingredients :

  • 250 g BEETS, diced
  • 150 g potatoes, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 800 ml water
  • Nutmeg powder, sugar, salt and pepper, to taste

Methods :

  1. Melt butter in saucepan, add beets, potatoes and garlic. Cook until tender, remove and allow to cool
  2. Put the above ingredients in a blender, add 300 ml water. Puree until smooth
  3. Boil 500 ml water, pour the puree into the saucepan. Season with nutmeg powder, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to boil, remove and serve
