* Serves 4
Ingredients :
- 250 g BEETS, diced
- 150 g potatoes, diced
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbs butter
- 800 ml water
- Nutmeg powder, sugar, salt and pepper, to taste
Methods :
- Melt butter in saucepan, add beets, potatoes and garlic. Cook until
tender, remove and allow to cool
- Put the above ingredients in a blender, add 300 ml water. Puree
until smooth
- Boil 500 ml water, pour the puree into the saucepan. Season with
nutmeg powder, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to boil, remove and serve
