  Shiitake Salad

* Serves 4

Ingredients :

  • 200 g WOOD EARS, thinly sliced
  • 200 g glass noodle, briefly soak and remove the water
  • 3 stalks spring onion, julienne strip
  • 1 carrot, julienne strip
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 onions, minced
  • 200 ml water
  • Vegetable oil
  • Soy sauce, to taste
  • Cabbage, thinly sliced
  • Dried shrimps, soak in hot water for ± 5 minutes, discard the water and mash the shrimps
  • Sugar, salt and pepper

Methods :

  1. Fry garlic and onions until golden
  2. Add in shrimps, cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, spring onions, soy sauce, water, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to boil until vegetables are cooked
  3. Add in glass noodle, stir well, remove and serve hot
