* Serves 4
Ingredients :
- 200 g WOOD EARS, thinly sliced
- 200 g glass noodle, briefly soak and remove the water
- 3 stalks spring onion, julienne strip
- 1 carrot, julienne strip
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 onions, minced
- 200 ml water
- Vegetable oil
- Soy sauce, to taste
- Cabbage, thinly sliced
- Dried shrimps, soak in hot water for ± 5 minutes, discard
the water and mash the shrimps
- Sugar, salt and pepper
Methods :
- Fry garlic and onions until golden
- Add in shrimps, cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, spring onions, soy
sauce, water, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to boil until vegetables
are cooked
- Add in glass noodle, stir well, remove and serve hot
