* Serves 4
Ingredients :
- 200 g SHIITAKE, minced
- 200 ml milk
- 100 g cheddar cheese, grated
- 100 g flour
- 50 g onion, finely chopped
- 50 g boiled carrot, finely diced
- 1 tbs parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbs margarine / butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 100 g bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, briefly beaten
Methods :
- Melt margarine / butter and fry chopped onion until fragrant
- Add mushrooms and flour, stir well
- Pour milk, stir constantly until the sauce boils and thickens
- Add cheese, parsley, salt and pepper, stir to combine.
- Remove, allow to cool and roll the mixture into balls according
to preference
- Roll the balls in the mixture of eggs and bread crumbs
- Fry a few at a time until golden brown and serve immediately
