* Serves 3
Ingredients :
- 200 g OYSTER MUSHROOMS, parboiled and processed in blender
- 100 g SHIITAKE, chopped
- 500 ml milk
- 500 ml water
- 3 pieces chicken stocks
- 2 tbs flour
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Sugar, salt and pepper
- Parsley, finely chopped
Methods :
- Fry onion and garlic until fragrant. Add Oyster mushrooms, mix well
- Add flour, stir until thickens. Pour milk slowly while stirring
- Pour water, season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper
- Add chicken stocks, mix well
- Add Shiitake, cook until softened. Remove soup, pour into bowl and
garnish with parsley. Serve immediately
