  Shiitake Salad

* Serves 3

Ingredients :

  • 200 g OYSTER MUSHROOMS, parboiled and processed in blender
  • 100 g SHIITAKE, chopped
  • 500 ml milk
  • 500 ml water
  • 3 pieces chicken stocks
  • 2 tbs flour
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Sugar, salt and pepper
  • Parsley, finely chopped

Methods :

  1. Fry onion and garlic until fragrant. Add Oyster mushrooms, mix well
  2. Add flour, stir until thickens. Pour milk slowly while stirring
  3. Pour water, season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper
  4. Add chicken stocks, mix well
  5. Add Shiitake, cook until softened. Remove soup, pour into bowl and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately
