Shiitake Omelet

  Oyster/Shimeji

  Mix Mushrooms

  Beet

   Brown Rice

  Sprouts

 

* Serves 6

Ingredients :

  • 100 g SHIITAKE, sliced
  • 5 eggs
  • 50 g onion, finely chopped
  • 2 chilli, seeds removed and cut into julienne strips
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Methods :

  1. Fry onions until tender, add mushrooms, cook and set aside
  2. Beat eggs until smooth, add salt and pepper
  3. Add onion, mushroom and remaining ingredients, mix well
  4. Fry in hot oil, serves warm
