SHIITAKE SOUP

Ingredients:
  • 100 g fresh shiitake mushrooms without stalks, diced 1 cm
  • 1 cake tofu, diced 1 cm
  • 1 L water
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs miso
  • 1 tbs spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbs shallot, finely chopped

Methods:
  1. Add miso to boiling water. Add remaining ingredients
  2. Serve hot
