* Serves 4
Ingredients :
- 100 g (½ cup) BROWN RICE, soaked for 1 hour and drained
- 500 ml milk
- 4½ tbs sugar
- Vanilla essence, to taste
Methods :
- Heat milk in a pan, bring to boil
- Add rice, cover and cook over low heat for ± 30 minutes
- Add sugar and vanilla essence, mix well. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes
- Pour pudding into small bowls and serve cold
