  Shiitake Salad

* Serves 4

Ingredients :

  • 100 g (½ cup) BROWN RICE, soaked for 1 hour and drained
  • 500 ml milk
  • 4½ tbs sugar
  • Vanilla essence, to taste

Methods :

  1. Heat milk in a pan, bring to boil
  2. Add rice, cover and cook over low heat for ± 30 minutes
  3. Add sugar and vanilla essence, mix well. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes
  4. Pour pudding into small bowls and serve cold
