* Serves 3
Ingredients :
- 50 g SHIITAKE
- 50 g PINK OYSTER MUSHROOMS
- 50 g WHITE/YELLOW
OYSTER MUSHROOMS
- 50 g BROWN
OYSTER MUSHROOMS
- 200 g variety of green salad
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbs vegetable oil/virgin coconut oil (VCO)
- 1½ tbs calamansi juice
- 1 tbs white cooking wine
- Sugar, salt and pepper
Methods :
- Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth/kitchen paper, slice thinly
- Add calamansi juice, mix well
- Heat vegetable oil/VCO in a pan and fry chopped garlic until golden
- Add mushrooms, stir briefly and add in cooking wine, sugar, salt and pepper
- Transfer to salad bowl together with green salad
- Decorate with slices of lemons
