  Shiitake Salad

* Serves 3

Ingredients :

  • 50 g SHIITAKE
  • 50 g PINK OYSTER MUSHROOMS
  • 50 g WHITE/YELLOW OYSTER MUSHROOMS
  • 50 g BROWN OYSTER MUSHROOMS
  • 200 g variety of green salad
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil/virgin coconut oil (VCO)
  • 1½ tbs calamansi juice
  • 1 tbs white cooking wine
  • Sugar, salt and pepper

Methods :

  1. Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth/kitchen paper, slice thinly
  2. Add calamansi juice, mix well
  3. Heat vegetable oil/VCO in a pan and fry chopped garlic until golden
  4. Add mushrooms, stir briefly and add in cooking wine, sugar, salt and pepper
  5. Transfer to salad bowl together with green salad
  6. Decorate with slices of lemons
