* Serves 4
Ingredients :
- 500 g OYSTER MUSHROOMS MIX (White, Pink, Yellow and Brown), sliced and parboiled
for ± 5 minutes
- 100 g variety of green salad
- 2 red chillis, finely chopped
- 2 tbs margarine/butter
- 50 g onion, thinly sliced
Sauce Ingredients :
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 50 ml olive oil
- Salt and sugar, to taste
Methods :
- To make sauce : blend sauce ingredients until smooth
- Fry red chillis with margarine/butter in low fire until tender.
Remove and set aside
- Arrange green salad on the plate, place parboiled mushrooms and
pour sauce
- Decorate with onion and fried chillis on top. Serve
