* Serves 5 sticks

Ingredients :

  • 200 g fresh SHIITAKE
  • 1 onion, cut according to preference
  • Bamboo skewers

Marinade Ingredients :

  • 2 tbs margarine / butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 3 shallots, finely minced
  • 1 tbs sweet soy sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Methods :

  1. Mix together marinade ingredients
  2. Marinade mushrooms and onions for ± 20 minutes
  3. Place mushrooms and onions onto bamboo skewers
  4. Cook over chargrill until tender
  5. Serve hot
