Ingredients :

• 100 g SHIITAKE
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 2 tbs oyster sauce
• 1 tsp corn flour, mix with a bit of water
• 120 ml water
• 2 tbs cooking oil

Methods :

1. Fry garlic until fragrant, add in Shiitake and oyster sauce, mix well
2. Pour water and corn flour solution, cook until sauce thickens. Remove and serve hot
