  Shiitake Salad

* Serves 3

Ingredients :

  • 50 g ALFALFA SPROUTS
  • 50 g BROCCOLI SPROUTS
  • 50 g RADISH SPROUTS
  • 2 salted eggs, diced
  • Sesame oil
  • Pepper

Methods :

  1. Sauté sprouts with sesame oil, season with pepper
  2. Add salted eggs, ready to serve
