Ingredients :
Siomay Ingredients :
- 250 g prawns, minced
- 1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 egg white
- 50 g corn flour
Methods :
- Mix together siomay ingredients to make smooth base filling, set
aside
- Coat mushrooms with corn flour, fill mushroom caps with siomay ingredients,
steam until cooked for ± 20 minutes. Remove and serve
