  Shiitake Salad

* Serves 2

Ingredients :

  • 100 g SHIITAKE

Siomay Ingredients :

  • 250 g prawns, minced
  • 1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 egg white
  • 50 g corn flour

Methods :

  1. Mix together siomay ingredients to make smooth base filling, set aside
  2. Coat mushrooms with corn flour, fill mushroom caps with siomay ingredients, steam until cooked for ± 20 minutes. Remove and serve
