* Serves 1
Ingredients :
- 100 g SHIITAKE, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs flour
- 1 tbs tapioca starch
- ¼ onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 stalk spring onion, finely sliced
- Cooking oil
- 1 piece stock
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tbs margarine/butter
Methods :
- Fry onion and garlic with 2 tbs cooking oil until fragrant
- Add mushrooms, cook until tender
- Add spring onion, stir well, remove and set aside
- Mix together egg, tapioca starch, flour, stock and pepper
- Add in mushroom mixture, mix well
- Heat margarine/butter and 3 tbs cooking oil then fry the mushroom
mixture that has been flatten with medium fire until golden brown.
Remove and serve
