  Shiitake Salad

* Serves 1

Ingredients :

  • 100 g SHIITAKE, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbs flour
  • 1 tbs tapioca starch
  • ¼ onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk spring onion, finely sliced
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 piece stock
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbs margarine/butter

Methods :

  1. Fry onion and garlic with 2 tbs cooking oil until fragrant
  2. Add mushrooms, cook until tender
  3. Add spring onion, stir well, remove and set aside
  4. Mix together egg, tapioca starch, flour, stock and pepper
  5. Add in mushroom mixture, mix well
  6. Heat margarine/butter and 3 tbs cooking oil then fry the mushroom mixture that has been flatten with medium fire until golden brown. Remove and serve
