* Serves 4
Ingredients :
- 2 cups GBR
- 100 g chicken meat, thinly sliced
- 5 dried SHIITAKE, stems removed. Soak in warm water and slice thinly
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs sesame oil
- Pepper, to taste
Methods :
- Cook GBR in rice cooker, set aside
- Heat sesame oil in a wok. Add in garlic, chicken and mushrooms, saute until tender. Add soy sauce and pepper, mix well
- Add cooked GBR to the saute mixture, mix well
- Steam GBR and saute mixture for ± 15 minutes
