  Shiitake Salad

* Serves 4

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups GBR
  • 100 g chicken meat, thinly sliced
  • 5 dried SHIITAKE, stems removed. Soak in warm water and slice thinly
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • Pepper, to taste

Methods :

  1. Cook GBR in rice cooker, set aside
  2. Heat sesame oil in a wok. Add in garlic, chicken and mushrooms, saute until tender. Add soy sauce and pepper, mix well
  3. Add cooked GBR to the saute mixture, mix well
  4. Steam GBR and saute mixture for ± 15 minutes
