Shimeji Stew

   

  Shiitake

  Oyster/Shimeji

  Wood Ears

  Mix Mushrooms

  Beet

   Brown Rice

  Sprouts

  Shiitake Salad

* Serves 2

Ingredients :

  • 100 g SHIMEJI
  • 10 quail eggs, boiled and deshelled
  • 5 tbs sweet soy sauce
  • 300 ml water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ sugar
  • Vegetable oil

Spices Ingredients :

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 shallots
  • ½ tsp pepper

Methods :

  1. Finely ground spice ingredients, then fry them until fragrant
  2. Add in water, sweet soy sauce, sugar and salt, bring to boil
  3. Mix in mushrooms and eggs, simmer for ± 15 minutes, remove and serve
