Mushrooms Stir-Fry

   

  Shiitake

  Oyster/Shimeji

  Wood Ears

  Mix Mushrooms

  Beet

   Brown Rice

  Sprouts

  Shiitake Salad

* Serves 2

Ingredients :

  • 100 g SHIMEJI, thinly sliced
  • 8 fresh SHIITAKE, thinly sliced
  • 100 g beef, thinly sliced (can be replaced with chicken meat / seafood)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 g onion, sliced
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 tbs sesame oil
  • 50 ml water

Sauce Ingredients :

  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 2 tbs cooking wine
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Methods :

  1. Mix together sauce ingredients
  2. Immerse beef in sauce ingredients for 15 minutes
  3. Fry garlic with oil until golden, add beef and water. Stir well
  4. Add mushrooms and onion, cook briefly. Pour sesame oil and remove
  5. Serve hot
