Ingredients :
- 200 g SHIITAKE, without stalks
Marinade Ingredients :
- 4 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 tbs margarine/butter, melted
Thai Sauce Ingredients :
- 2 tbs tomato ketchup
- 1 tbs chilli sauce
- 2 tbs red chilli, finely chopped
- 50 g onion, finely chopped
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 cm ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbs cooking oil
Methods :
- To make Thai sauce : fry onion until fragrant. Add tomato ketchup,
chilli sauce, red chilli, water, vinegar, ginger and sugar, stir until
it boils, remove and set aside
- Put mushrooms in marinade sauce, mix well
- Bake mushrooms until cooked, transfer to plate
- Pour Thai sauce over it, serve
