PURPLE SWEET POTATO GNOCCHI



Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup instant purple sweet potato flour
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ½ cup water
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder
 
Methods:
  1. Combine instant flour and all purpose flour, mix well
  2. Knead the dough while adding water a bit at a time until smooth and elastic
  3. Shape dough into ropes and cut into 2 cm pieces
  4. In a large pot of salted boiling water cook the gnocchi, they are ready when they float to the top
  5. Drain and serve gnocchi with desired sauce
